Installation of Aluminum Track
1. Please prepare for the installation based on the confirmation by both parties and the spot situation.
2. Installation and size confirmation of steel structure:
2.1. The bottom of the aluminum track should be 5mm lower than that of the false ceiling. According to the experience data, the distance between the aluminum track bottom and the Z-steel topside is about 250mm. The steel structure should be installed in line with actual spot situation and the installation size is the net size after deducting the height of aluminum track and the length of screw on the track.
2.2. Welding method of steel structure
For the ordinary steel structure, the welding should (see Figure 2) include the following several steps:
First, the single code should be fixed with the expansion bolt into the bottom of slab (as shown in Table 1, L-single code distance) and the precisely measured angle iron should be vertically welded into single code.
Then fix the two sides of angle iron II (the maximum length is 6m) at the bottom of angle iron I with strong pliers. After proper adjusting, the angle iron I and angle iron II will be welded firmly.
Next, the angle iron III should be welded into single code which is also fixed into the bottom of slab according to the diagram. Then fix the angle iron I and angle iron III respectively with strong pliers and adjust the position of angle iron II properly.
During the processes of welding and installation, the string and the ruler should be used to guarantee proper adjustment and measurement. The standard steel structure is shown as Figure 2. As for the special steel structure, the welding and installation depend on the actual situation.
The installers should wear safety cap and other safeguard implements. Also, the extinguisher should be equipped at the working area.
3. Please refer to Figure 2 and Figure 3 for the installation of aluminum track. The sequence of installation is first fix "L", "T'' and "+" types of intersection with corresponding sizes, and then install the straight track.
Detailed Installation Method
Put the square nut to the aluminum track channel and put the screw into the square nut (Note: the screw should be whirled till reach the bottom of the channel), and then turn the hexagonal nut tightly to the top surface of aluminum track. As for the distance of each screw, the operator should refer to the L-screw distance (Table 1).
Next, install the hexagonal nut II, screw rod and double code angle iron, and then install the hexagonal nut III. The distance between the hexagonal nut III and the top surface of the aluminum track is about 150-250mm (the same distance for each screw rod).
The distance of about 10mm should be remained between nut III and nut II, and a needle is used to fix the joint where the aluminum tracks are connected together. The open surface of aluminum track should be vertical to bottom surface for this will ensure that the connection is tight. The two side parts of the track at intersection positions (including "L" type, "T" type and "+" type intersections) beside the square iron board should be hung with screw rods.Table 1
A level string should be pulled straightly during the installation of aluminum tracks. Use strong pliers to fix the screw double code to angle iron II on two sides of aluminum track which is furnished with screw rods, then make a position adjustment to make the aluminum track and the level string keep at the same level, and next the screw double code should be welded into the angle iron II. Each screw double code should be fixed at the angle iron II with strong pliers. Do not weld it until it is adjusted properly.
After the completion of installation, adjust the horizontal position of each unit. Make the aluminum track in horizontal level by adjusting the hexagonal nut III continuously. Then rotate the hexagonal nut II upwards to fasten the screw double code. Use the level ruler to measure the 3 positions (the two sides and the middle part) and the level accuracy should not exceed 1mm/m.
The aluminum track in the stacking area is usually installed on the ground. For the convenient installation and maintenance, certain space should be left, and such a track is generally called as the "flexible opened track". (See Figure 4)
The "flexible opened track" is ordinarily installed near the stacking area. The operator should fix the 10# channel steel at the two sides of the aluminum track with square nuts and pads. Adjust repeatedly the straight track on both sides until the seam is not more than 1mm. During the installation of the track, examine the decorative surface of the aluminum track strictly, and put the defected side at the stacking area.
Installation of Partition
Rotate the bearing into the roller seat of partition and the locked nut should be used. Remove the "flexible opened track" and install the partition to the straight track from the left side. First, install the bulb seal panel, and then install the normal panels (including the pass door). The last step is installing the telescopic panel. If the specifications of normal panel are different, then the installation order must follow the drawing instructions.
Adjust the position and see if the partition is perpendicular (See Figure 5). Install the "flexible opened track" again, pull out all the panels in order, adjust the bolt of trolley bearing to make it reach the fixed size (Details see the drawings) from the top aluminum frame to bottom surface of the aluminum track and make the panels perpendicular.
The method for examining the perpendicularity is first fixing the heavy hammer hanging with string at a proper place (the string press is close to the side frame), and then adjusting the perpendicularity to lmm/2m. After that, rotate downwards the locked nut to press the wheel scat tightly.
The order of adjustment: First adjust the bulb seal panel, and then adjust the telescopic panel. When everything is completed, the final work is to paste the label of partition order and the label of warranty period onto the partition.
1. "L" type
Left "L" type and right "L" type (Figure 6)
The middle track inside the track sleeve is called load edge according to the observation direction. The load edge in the right side is called right "L" and the load edge in the left side is called left "L". The method is also suitable for other intersections.

Requirements for Track Size and Quality
1. The seam between the intersections should be less than 0. 5mm.
2. The bottom surface connected with the needle should be level and the deviation should be within 1mm.
3. The cutting section should be vertical with no burr.
4. The load edge direction should be consistent with the drawing.
5. The angle between two tracks is not more than 1º.
